    Commitment issued

    You get a written report of what we found and what must be cleared before you can take clean ownership.

    Clearing the exceptions

    The unpaid contractor's lien, the old mortgage never marked satisfied, the estate that never closed — we chase them down and resolve them.

    Figures and funding

    We prepare the settlement statement, coordinate with your lender, and verify every wire before a dollar moves.

    Closing and recording

    You sign, funds disburse, and your deed gets recorded with the county. That's the moment it's yours.

    Policy delivered

    Your owner's policy arrives afterward and protects you for as long as you own the home.
